1. Information Collected and Used by DRINKLAB. When DRINKLAB collects personal information from you, you should be aware of the following:
(a) DRINKLAB may, upon your request and/or with your permission, collect your personal information to provide you with regular updates on promotions and events.
(b) DRINKLAB will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties, unless specifically authorized by you or as required by law.
(c) DRINKLAB Sites may collect non-personal information, such as your network location (IP address), the pages you visit, times of visit and your operating system and browser, in order to generate website traffic reports.
(d) DRINKLAB Sites may include forms where you can voluntarily provide us with personal information so that we may follow up with you.

(l) You may request access to your personal information held by DRINKLAB. To protect your privacy and security, DRINKLAB will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting such access.
