DRINKLAB Inc. ("DRINKLAB") is committed to preserving and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") explains how DRINKLAB collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide it. DRINKLAB complies with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL"). Personal information, as defined under PIPEDA, means any information about an identifiable individual, including first and last name, physical address, financial information and opinions expressed by an individual. 1.          Information Collected and Used by DRINKLAB. When DRINKLAB collects personal information from you, you should be aware of the following:

(a)         DRINKLAB may, upon your request and/or with your permission, collect your personal information to provide you with regular updates on promotions and events.

(b)         DRINKLAB will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties, unless specifically authorized by you or as required by law.

(b)         In respect of all matters related to this Privacy Policy and DRINKLAB's compliance with PIPEDA, DRINKLAB can be contacted by using our contact form.

(c)         DRINKLAB has identified the purposes for which it collects personal information in this Privacy Policy. DRINKLAB requires your consent prior to using your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.

(d)         DRINKLAB is committed to ensuring that you are aware of how your personal information is used and that you have consented to provide this information. Where required by law, DRINKLAB may disclose personal information without your knowledge or consent.

(e)         DRINKLAB collects personal information to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and only by lawful and fair means.

(i)           DRINKLAB is committed to maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If any of your information changes, please inform us promptly so that DRINKLAB can make any necessary changes.

(j)           To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, DRINKLAB has put in place appropriate physical, technological and organizational measures to safeguard and secure any information it collects.

(l)           You may request access to your personal information held by DRINKLAB. To protect your privacy and security, DRINKLAB will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting such access.
